Founded in 2018, Overstory is a sustainability-led wine business with certified organic vineyards in both Tasmania and Western Australia.
In Western Australia, Overstory’s wine portfolio includes Wayfinder and Swell Season, produced from its Certified Organic vineyard in Margaret River. In Tasmania, Small Wonder wines are crafted from a Certified Organic vineyard in the Tamar Valley, alongside a recently acquired site in the Coal River Valley, currently in transition to organic certification.
Through our sales arm, Small Story Merchants, we distribute wines across Australia from our own portfolio of brands as well as a curated portfolio of like-minded European producers in Italy, France, Austria, Germany and Hungary.
Overstory was founded on a clear vision: to craft premium organic wines while actively regenerating the land, leaving it better than it was found. What began as a simple idea has since evolved into an ambitious and inspiring long-term vision, guiding the business across regions, vineyards and brands.
